If you are a cast member or contributor (a “Participant”), and you upload or submit any content — including video, audio, written dialogue, personal recordings, or other media (collectively, “Participant Materials”) — you agree to the following:

You grant Corrine Sealy / Lines 2 Life a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, perform, publish, and otherwise exploit the Participant Materials in connection with the Lines 2 Life TV series and all related projects, including but not limited to:
You also grant permission for your name, voice, image, and likeness to be used in connection with the above.
b. Original Content Acknowledgment
Participants retain intellectual ownership of original written material, such as scripts or lines they have authored (“Creator Contributions”), but agree that such material may be used by the Producer within the project. Credits will be given where appropriate.
4. Production Agreement
This Website is part of a broader production initiative governed by a Production Agreement between:

a. Ownership of Produced Material
All video, audio, and other media created during production (“Produced Material”) is considered work-for-hire and remains the sole property of the Producer. This includes footage from interviews, rehearsals, or any content involving cast participation.

Participants agree not to work on directly competing projects without the Producer’s written consent during active participation in Lines 2 Life.

The Producer reserves the right to remove any participant at any time for cause, including but not limited to:

Where practical, contributors of original written content will be acknowledged, but such credit does not grant copyright or ownership over the final Produced Material.

Participants must keep all production materials, scripts, internal communications, and behind-the-scenes information confidential, and must not share, publish, or distribute such content without prior written permission from the Producer.
